Matt Lawman is a big NO NO! Newport hopes he doesn't come back, or at least pay the outstanding bills!!! Try Angels and Hockey for a for a quick ride. Still to be approved but sure a big announcement is on its way.

Has he served his suspension?

My understanding was it was a playing suspension so he should be free to coach and then start playing when suspension over. Anybody remember what the sentence was? I want to say two years but I could be wrong?

My thought is WTF!! I think the fact he is not playing pro again is just crazy! He is only 26 and one of the finest baseballers Victoria and Australia has produced.
I'm sure there is a whole list of people who would kill to be his age with his talent. Moylan re-signed at 27 and now has half a decade in the bigs.
He could be earning $300k plus in Japan or Korea, not to mention there are plenty of MLB clubs who need infielders with power in their farm system.
Just doesn't make sense to me, i have to live vicariously through my 6 foot 8 Mexican pitcher “Sanchez” on Playstation 3!

Guys, Harmo's ban was for 14 months which came to an end on the 26th of this month allowing him to play for ringwood over the weekend. Also this now allows him to begin coaching because under the ban he was not able to be involved in any form of organized sport, this included participating in organized practice sessions with a team/club.
I know the club (upwey) and myself are excited to have him on board and back as apart of our line up and look forward to getting an insight into a big leaguers thoughts and approaches towards our game. It's not often that you get a guy that is this successful in our sport to come back to the club level and put back in.

Johne all around it I was told the "Pickles" and some farmer might have the job as co coaches. Plenty of help will be there if the rookies need it!!

I think Pickles is a good choice. Ive always been impressed with the way he plays the game, he appears to be a really smart player. Good luck to him.

Several coaches were interviewed for the job at the Dragons and I was almost sure that Mike Deeble was going to be appointed. You could be right skyhigh, good luck to the coaches that have been appointed but I tend to agree. Bad move Doncaster.
