failing drug test is not something that can be easily hidden there fore I'm wondering how somebody else would know about this before anyone else involved with the aces. think u will find its not true sorry to disappoint I'm sure people would love to talk about something like this

I hope it's not true swearne, but I doubt any Aces staff would be allowed to openly discuss it (if true).

of course it would not be openly discussed pakky however I'm sure they would know. considering a perth player tested positive in the playoff series and that was played after we had finished our season I'm sure this player would not have been playing for sometime now as the results would have been positive along time ago

Agreed swearne. How could it be all over the forum before it had been officially announced?
Since the first posting of the rumour, I've heard a name, but have also heard that's because of another issue totally unrelated to what has previously been posted.
Fingers crossed it isn't drug related. Wouldn't be good for the player involved or our sport.

Also have heard the same thing I I think I know the player in question and can say pretty sure it is all just talk and made up stuff. Would love to know of the person who started this as they clearly need to find out some serious facts first.

Asada took until July to send out a press release about the Feb Perth Heat player's failed test. Don't expect anything fast out of them.

Heard a rumor that some clubs have to come up with "clash" jerseys for this upcoming division 1 season.
Essendon have to get a new top for when they Blackburn away. Any other teams been advised to do so?

Any other teams been advised to do so? Is this for real johne? What a joke! Adding $600 minimum (ie 12 tops @ $50 each if only applying to 1s games) to a club's operating expenses, just for one game, or at most, two? Is it just 1s or all grades?

I'm sorry slypig and swearne, but this is the rumour mill, isn't it?
I have heard the same rumour, and i'm assuming about the same person. If there is no truth to it, can anyone explain where it came from?

Rumour has it that it was actually an umpire. Apparently Goodo tested positive to an unheard of amount of V.
Any truth to this juicy and ridiculously over sweetened rumour Goodo?

SWearnie, can you please dispel these rumours.
1. That you are still awaiting visa ?
2. You have finished Dirty's job ?
3. That Dirty has got sick of you being still around and he has fled to the States to catch up with Mick ?
4. That Mick has been polishing off so many Corona's awaiting your arrival that there is a danger that he could be mistaken for a Mexican and be in danger of being deported to Mexico ?

What about white pants at home and grey pants for away games like what used to happen before 95% of clubs moved to white pants for all games.

As long as mully don't play fitzroy, I can't see a problem! I reckon they should have away strips for all first division clubs and all levels!

Seriously? Is it really that confusing to pick out the guys that you play all year with?
It hasn't been a problem for a hell of a long time, what has changed now? We're not playing football with 18 blokes running around a field at a high pace!

Sandringham and Bonbeach would be a clash then, only seperated by colour of club name on front of uniform.
Bring back the old pin stripes at home and grey away
But sounds like people are getting bit precious or giving in to umpires poor eye sight to call plays on base
