It has been relatively quiet on the Forum as we approach our fifth anniversary.
One strategy for getting the punters fired up again is to discuss playing and personnel for the upcoming Summer League season (now just a few months off).
Whatever BV decides as far as restructure is concerned, clubs will still need coaches, and clubs will clearly be looking for players.
What do we know in the coaching/management area?
GEELONG. Sean Arnott has taken over the Head Coach role from Nathan Holmes. ESSENDON has reappointed Peter Giles. PRESTON has gone with Bubbie Buzachero. BERWICK has Ron Carothers on board. PORT MELBOURNE has contracted Kile Rogers as Club Coach. CHELTENHAM has appointed Matt Tayler as Club Coach. NEWPORT has at least another season to run with Grant Weir. BLACKBURN is likely to have locked in Adam Bright. SANDRINGHAM advertised for a replacement for Dan McGrath, but reportedly had a favoured candidate withdraw from the running. SUNSHINE is reported to have Earl Byrne back at the Eagles' Nest.
There are bound to have been other coaching appointments that have already been made.
What are they?
Any news on significant player movements?
Is Ballarat going to enter teams? If so, what impact might that have on other clubs?

My mail regarding the Rustlers for the MBSL 2013/14 season definitely has Matt Taylor taking the mantle of Club Coach from Hayden Dingle. 'Dinga' is staying with the Cheltenham club and wants to concentrate on his game. Well deserved for both men I say. Rumour has it (yeah I know that's usually reserved for a different thread...but!) that the Rustlers have a welcome addition heading to their 1st's roster as well, if true it will be indeed significant.
