On behalf of the Westgarth Baseball Club Junior program, we would like to encourage all families in the Thornbury, Northcote, Preston, Alphington, Clifton Hill, Brunswick & Fitzroy localities to
join in our “Come & Try” day on Saturday March 23, with a registration Day on Saturday ………… of April. .
Our sessions will be designed around ages and skill levels of the attending boys and girls (8- 16 years of age) and our registered coaches include current & former players who have represented Victoria and Australia.
Fast Facts
Time: 9.30 am – 11.00am. The planned conclusion would only vary if severe weather intervened.
Where ?: Merri Park , Cnr St Georges Rd and Sumner Avenue Northcote, the home of the Westgarth Baseball Club since 1932 !
Uniform ?: Any comfortable casual clothing or sporting wear will be suitable for the 2013 “Come & Try” day
Footwear ?: Sandshoes or Football boots would be suitable
Cost: WBC’s “Come & Try” days during 2013 are FREE.
2013 promises to be a great Baseball season of fun for all the kids (or adults) who join the program. And a Free sausage sizzle will be available for all junior participants in WBC’s “Come & Try” days.
