The North Balwyn Baseball Club is excited to announce that Neil Burke will be joining its coaching line up for season 2013. Neil Burke joins Phil Dale and Justin Huber as the other major coaching appointments for the 2013 season.
Neil Burke is a former Australian Team player and national team coach at the senior and youth levels. He was a club coach at Doncaster and Sunshine and more recently has coached at the Waverley Baseball Club focusing on the junior level for many years. He is also a current coach of the Melbourne Aces and is an international scout for the Atlanta Braves Major League Baseball team.
The North Balwyn Baseball Club will be holding junior training sessions and Come and Try Days on Saturday 16 and 23 March 2013 from 10 am to 12 noon at our home ground, Myrtle Park, Gildan Street, North Balwyn. Everyone is welcome to attend to give it a go. northbalwyn.baseball.com.au
