Greenhills Montmorency Baseball Club is seeking applications for the remainder of its senior teams. With David White as Head coach, assisted by Mathew Kent and Ryan Booth, the club will enter 6 teams for season 2013. Following on from a successful period in “C” Grade, the club has requested for 2 teams to enter into “B” Grade(pending Pennant Committee Approval). This exciting move will help the club to provide competitive baseball across many levels for our players, from the 1st year seniors to the ageing veterans and everyone in between.
The grades that we require coaches for are:
· A Reserve
· B Grade -Pending Approval
· B Reserve – Pending Approval
· D/E Grade
· D/E Reserve
The Player Development program, which is been conducted by Ryan Booth, aims to improve the skill level of any senior player. This program will run for approx. 45mins – 1hr before senior training on a Thursday night and will focus on specific drills each week. The training schedule is currently being developed and includes a number of “guest” appearances by current and former state and national team players. The club encourages players of all ages to commit to the program and get the most out of yourself and this upcoming season. Check the website soon for more details. Applicants for the above positions can apply in writing to: president@montybaseball.com.au Or telephone Andrew Kent on 0418 328 158 for more details.
Applications close on the 12/2/13.
