If I've heard correctly, 1sts and 2nds next year will need to a second uniform top, aka a Clash Strip. I know Blackburn already have the traditional black, and a red clash strip So... If your club knows what colours are going to be worn let's hear it. It'll be interesting to see the colours that are going to be display.

Think I've still got my centenary celebration, white playing top. Maybe we (Malvern) could bring them back?

Pretty sure this came up in a thread about 6 months ago! Its awful nice of BV to insist on clash strips in a sport that already is very expensive to play isnt it (if it is indeed bv making the call).
As is said back then, the answer is very simple, white pants at home and grey away. Problem solved!

Hey burger. Too simple for some I think, especially for BV. Just like with clearances , they forget we are amatuers that pay to play. They are our servants we are not theirs.

I know it came up a while ago, but I'm wondering what colour uni's clubs are going to go for.
Maybe chelt will have clash pants? The navy pyjamas?

What an absolute joke.
Team with the bat's in their hands are the team hitting, and the fielding team have gloves.
Am I genius or what?

We (Geelong) should bring back the mid-80s uniform for the clash - green pinstripes on white, and green stirrups on white socks. I'm fairly certain that won't clash with anything current, though it may clash with good taste!

As long as doncaster don't have the same idea, almost identical those two unis except for a small splash of yellow on the front. Ugly, ugly, ugly!

Can I suggest a club go for the 80s Astro's rainbow style jersey?

Can I suggest a club go for the 80s Astro's rainbow style jersey? I reckon Fitzroy could do a "rainbow guts" jersey by adding maroon and the other colours in the rampant lion in their logo.

I must say, I've been playing this game for a while and I've never accidentally throw a ball at a runner. Maybe it's to help out the tv viewers.. Oh that's right... No chance of that.

Not sure how good your memory is on this Pirates -I played there all throught he 80's and never wore red pants. We went to a clash unform one year, white pants every game and alternated full red or full white tops. All white was an absolute shocker

Ha ha hA hey I Might be old but I'm not colour blind. Ok might have been late 70's early 80's but we had solid red pants they did not last long. Everyone complained.
