They were in div 2 for a couple of seasons prior to going down this time. Not sure about prior to that in the last five or so years though.

Is it possible? Has it happened before? Has a team gone down from div 1 to div 3 in consecutive years?? I know it is only round 3, but...... 0 - 3 from 3 rounds does not look good. And they lost to ormond. That's not to bag the hunters, they are a competitive division 2 ballclub but jeez.. we're talking about a one-time div 1 powerhouse here? What has happened down at Demonland? They lose Caulfield, then Dunn, Cox, Doubleday, Ratcliffe, Smith.... troubling times.

i wouldn't be writing off the demons just yet. they will come good. young teams usually take 5 or 6 games to get going into the season. they will win enough to stay in div 2.

I don't think they were able to hold on to him. I'm sure they would have tried if they could.
The Ormond import looks alright from the sidelines. Hides the ball well. Not overpowering just tough to read.

Spot on foofighter. He's injured something to do with his legs and will miss another game I think then back in the squad.
