Maybe it's just me, but it seems that the BV results/ladders service may not be functioning at the moment.
Baseball Radio Forum can do the job, in the meantime.
Scores and news from around the grounds?

Geelong 4 Bonbeach 3...Game never reached any great heights. Dean Barker pitched 6 innings for the win Elliot Biddle 3 innings for the save Bonbeach led early after hitting the ball hard in the second dig to lead 2 nil. Geelongs Mitch Miller hit up the middle to tie the score as the Bonbeach pitcher Lefty Prior struggled to throw strikes. Elliot Biddle hit a Line drive Home run over the left field fence to tie the scores at 3 all. The game finished with a bang bang double play on a comebacker to Biddle. Geelong had managed to sneak ahead by he one run.

Panthers got up over the rustlers 7 - 3 today. Dewar did with the ball and the bat. good game of baseball and a good fight back for the mighty panthers considering they were 3 - 0 down going into the 6th.

Doncaster 7 - Malvern 1 What is most likely the youngest pitching lineup held one of the most experienced lineup to 3 hits... doncaster hitters came up with hits when runners were in scoring position this week

All the same chardy, Blacky must have hit the ball pretty well. And did you throw the shutout?

the boys hit very well, plenty of liners, not many pop-flys.
Weichard was out with a strained pectoral muscle, Davo Tierney sat out with 4 stiches in his foot from some idiot leaving broken glass on th beach yesterday. Bumstead played right and Matthew Barrett came up from the 2's to fill LF. Hogan DH'ed, I threw all 7 innings.
Hopefully back to full strength next week against Doncaster.

Ah the Biddle kid is on the board and starting to get his swing back in the groove by the sounds Broomy, wasn't there myself this week but is good news for the Cats and Barks is back in town and 2-1 on the year, not a bad start.

Is it possible? Has it happened before? Has a team gone down from div 1 to div 3 in consecutive years?? I know it is only round 3, but...... 0 - 3 from 3 rounds does not look good.
