Looking forward to next weekend and the Aces...
In the meantime, looking for a recommendation or two re a new basic club accounting system. We currently use an outdated, unsupported system that is not web-enabled. It's OK and capable, but vulnerable.
Not real keen to go anything too over the top. No employees/payroll, no GST, only a couple of hundred income transactions and standard outgoings - just the stock baseball club system where we can track stuff and produce reports, do bank recs, track IMG payments and other such fun!
Do we need to go MYOB or basic Quickbooks to get what we need? Unfortunately no accountants in my club to 'volunteer' at this stage.
DM is you prefer. Thanks in advance.

Not my baseball club, but another sport I am involved with uses a Sydney mob called Revolutionise www.revolutionise.com.auWe use it largely for player registrations but it has decent accounting options and is web based. It may or may not be what you are after, but our treasurer seems happy with it.
