Pretty sure Scott Dawes was appointed at Monty, unless something has changed?

Any danger of the MWBL fixture being released?

Aren't you clever Coyote!
No idea re when the are coming out but if you've been around for a while there are always changes to teams coming in and out after the first week when actual numbers at clubs are sorted. This is especially the case in lower grades. The clubs nominate to the league their preferred and expected numbers three or four weeks ago and this always changes.
Relax...same happens every year and we get by.

Would have thought that A, B and C grade first and seconds would be set though

So its only footballers who take it "one week at a time"? ;-)
Well done to Chris Mayne at the DBA for getting the draws out, and then the amendments in the fashion he has done. I don't think most people can appreciate how hard such a task it must be.

Dont get me wrong, I feel for the schedulers, and I truly get teams and changing in the lower grades but you cant tell me the clubs cant lock in their 1st and 2nds allowing those fixtures to get out and clubs to start planning social functions

How did Knox manage to stay in A Grade after finishing bottom of ladder in 2015? I'm guessing they had the junior criteria and team in B Grade didn't?

Why should it be any different boof? I'm against junior criteria stopping teams being promoted, and I'm sure the chorus of work harder and what not will follow. But I don't think it does anything for development. All it does is see parents taking their kids to first div clubs instead of their local club, because there's a perception that they're going to achieve more by playing at that club. It's just not true. Anyway, that's my opinion...bit off topic but still relevant.

For Pete sake Damo, it is winter, a developmental league. It doesn't matter if it is the DBA, GBA, MWBL or the East Kookackarookie instructional League, If you start setting Junior criterias for every league, soon it will be pointless for clubs to try and move up the ladder if they keep missing out by one junior side. To me it is just total BS. Winter is fun, a place you can relax and have a jar with your mates without a sheep station in sight and maybe the MWBL would be better off pulling their heads out of the sand and think a bit more about promoting baseball instead of hindering it or just get rid of the promtion/relegation system altogether and look for other options. This is just my opinion and nobody else's.

That's what the DBA is for
The leagues criteria is the leagues criteria. It is what it is. Don't like it join another league
Looking at Knox's website, not much has been done in the off season in terms of getting a committed club coach and recruitment so I'm sure they will be in a similar position at seasons end. Everybody loves a good loophole

Having a crack at the DBA is your perogative, which is obviously a little better run when it comes to comparing to other organizations and also has the ability to front up to the winter champs in all grades every year, more than some associations I can think of also it didn't take three associations to morph into one. Comparing associations is not what it is all about, promoting baseball is the objective not holding clubs back for some piddling rule, where do the Uni sides sit with these rules if by chance they win B Grade? They were an A grade club in the DBA before they took off to the MWBL.
