Unfortunately the Aussies have gone down 6-3 after 10 inns
The extra inns rule is that each team starts with there last 2 outs on base.
In the top of the inns a series of errors by the Aussies resulted in 3 runs to Venezuela.
In the bottom of the dig there Aussies were unable to advance the runners.

Pretty great effort by the Aussie boys in a really tough competition.
Of note Team USA had future Hall of Famer Craig Biggio's son Cavan playing for them and World Series MVP Scott Brosius as its manager.
