How about we come up with the best SA State/Claxton/ABL team of the past 20 years.
Can include anyone who has thrown on the state colours.

Hall of Famer's Andrew Scott and Shayne Bennett for starters. Add in Major Leaguers Mark Hutton and Luke Prokopec too. How about Paul LoDuca and Matt Herges as well or are you limiting it to Australian born players only?

Malcom Gregg, very good inclusion. Was thinking about Tim Day at 3B? hey why not just name the West Torrens team from the 90's

it's funny how things change.
Early Adelaide Giants was practically West Torrens
Today, there are zero West Torrens players in the Claxton Shield.

Oh yeah and put my name down for the Ball Boy position. How was it Fidge started his Rookie Year collecting balls down the right field line......that same year was starting pitcher. F@#k that's a funny story.

The Tim Day I was talking about is now about 45 something. The Tim Day your talking about is about 20. I believe he is in his 3rd year of college.

Its funny how there are no WT players in the Claxton but the SABL All star team was made up of 5 of them last year!

Why is it funny?
Scotty and Forbsie aren't playing anymore, Javier Brown isn't playing in Adelaide this summer and Steve O'Connor is in the squad, just hasn't made a team yet and Tibbo is probably too tied up coaching to be involved.
