I enjoyed watching the preston boys chase a tiger snake from left field there about 2 seasons ago. 1 of the footscray players put his daughter out there with a rake to stop it coming back on the ground.(we put her there coz she was the only person not scared of it!!!!)

yeah not much shade out there which is a bummer on a hot day, but its still the best ground to play on. loved playing infield there, the grass just eats up the ball!

DANDENONG VALLEY for me great ground with a long walk to the canteen. great for the kids if they want to enter the storm water drains to find the teenage mutant niga turtles

Always thought Footscray was a pleasure nudrun. You have to take your own shovel and brush to the dugout before it was safe to enter.
