Rollerskates and baseball bats could be an interesting combination

So we'll have the best sport in the world, great mates, beer, hot dogs, nachos, and hot chicks in short skirts wearing roller skates all at one venue. Wow, I'm glad I'll be there!

I'm reasonably sure the Roller Derby is set for the 27th (I work with Crunch Lady Doris), not the 26th. Still makes for a baseball/derby clash.

I was walking my sisters boyfriends dog over the weekend, and was walking past the showgrounds when i noticed some horses trotting around... I went in for a further look and saw that there was an equestrian event going on there and had been for the weekend... The ground was chopped up and it made me think, where the bloddy hell are they going to play baseball in 5 days.. I hope this ground will be up to scratch as this is going to be the first home game for the aces, and we are hoping that the powers that be have arrange media from every angle...If this has been done, then lets hope the ground is in pristeen condition...

I'm assuming they are laying new turf (at least in the infield) ? - I'd hope so - at very least it could end up an OH&S issue.
