Can anyone point me in the direction of a website in the USA that will ship baseball equipment to Australia? In particular bats.
Cheers

I have used Eastbay.com and found them to be excellent. One of the bats i recently bought my son before Xmas (Demarini CF3 32/24) cracked after the 2nd time he used it and i sent it back (at their cost) and they replaced it within 2 weeks no questions asked.
They have an excellent range and i find them cheaper than the local baseball equipment supplier.
Word of warning though: the freight costs pretty much the same if you buy a pair of batting gloves or you load up on apparell, shoes etc so if you are going to order place a big one!!!

I believe "deebs" is also importing wood bats (from a source in England???) perhaps a 'forum' entry under WBC might get his immediate attention?

i got 4 bats off ebay last year, i know the dollar has droped but it was about a third of the price that it would have cost here.
here is the link, good guy to deal with and they arived in about 12 days. shipping cost the same no matter how many bats were purchesed.

Yes, definately Ebay is the way to go, but make sure you spend a bit of time watching, I bought 6 bats for my kids and friends and we saved at least $200 on each bat. But as thewholetruth said the dollars has dropped a lot but still worth a go. All bats purchased from the US made it to Aus in 6 days.

Ever thought of going into Fielders Choice or K2 and asking them what bats they can get in or what deal they can do for?

I'm lookin for a wood bat around the $100 mark but can't make it to waverly on thursday so i had a look at ausports range and there's a quite a few to choose from. Has anyone used the Proline m110 rock maple composite b4. It's around my budget for a bat and wondering how it performs. Don't need something great just a bat that will last. Any other bats around the price range with a tapered handle preferably with 1 inch handle that you could suggest.
btw great job with the aussie team deebs

make sure that whoever purchases these bats spread the word because they must be OK, as Ben had some pretty good touches of the ball nad the stuff that deebs is bringing in is not garbage. Support the local champ, as f/c, ausport, k2, are starting to sting as at the register ...
