First off this week the boys spoke with Aussie Aces Coach Phil Dale live from Prestige Jayco Park in Geelong. Victoria are hosting their opening series against the Barbagello Perth Heat.

Next up the boys spoke with NSW Patriots Coach Glen Williams live from Baseball Olympic Park in Blacktown. The Patriots are hosting their opening series against the Qld Rams.

For full details of all the Claxton Shield Results, Fixtures etc, please visit the official Claxton Shield Website at http://www.claxton.baseball.com.au/

The boys then played the highlight reel of the MLB World Series with the New York Yankees wrapping up their 27th World Series win.

Next up the boys caught up with Gary McCoy. Gary is the Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Australian Baseball team and is also on the Florida Marlins AAA team coaching staff. Gary gave a rundown on what his position is and he discussed some of the players he has been working with. Gary also has a website page where he discusses various strengthening and condition exercises and how to go about it. You can view it at http://baseballathlete.blogspot.com/

Next up the boys spoke with the South Australian ABL GM, Pat Kelly. Pat announced the this year that SA will be playing their games at Norwood Oval. Norwood Oval is undergoing an extensive makeover to make sure it complies with ABL standard. Being an ex Yankee the boys also discussed the outcome of the World Series.

Rounding of the show the boys caught live with the Barbagello Perth Heat GM, Shane Tonkin direct from the action at Geelong. Shane gave a quick run down on how the Perth Heat pre-season progress has been going.
